Dr. Tiffany Chin-You prides herself in providing gentle and compassionate care for her patients. Her goal is to treat each patient’s individual needs in an honest and comprehensive manner.
Dr. Chin-You was born and raised in Mandeville, Jamaica before moving with her family initially to Toronto, Ontario and then to South Florida. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Florida International University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Chin-You then completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Nova Southeastern University, graduating with highest honors. As a testament to her commitment to her patients, she decided to further her training and completed a General Practice Residency at the Dallas VA, which is affiliated with the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. While at the University of Texas she was formally trained to work with medically compromised patients.
Dr. Chin-You believes in continuing to learn and apply cutting-edge technology in dentistry. She has invested numerous hours in continuing education with an emphasis on cosmetic dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation. Dr. Chin-You enjoys working with patients to achieve their best smile with a focus to not only improve a patient’s function, but also their confidence as well. Dr. Chin-You has worked in a variety of practice settings in South Florida and Connecticut prior to joining Orange Dental Partners. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her husband and two sons.
Andrew Norkin, D.M.D., M.D., is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
Dr. Norkin completed his undergraduate studies with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology at Emory University. Upon graduation from Emory, Dr. Norkin earned his dental degree (D.M.D.), from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. While at Harvard, he had the opportunity to work with some of the nation’s preeminent dental scholars. He continued his graduate training at the University of Miami School of Medicine, where he earned his medical degree (M.D.).
Dr. Norkin went on to complete the intensive 6-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital. This offered a unique training opportunity in facial trauma, pathology and reconstructive surgery, orthognathic surgery, dental implant surgery, and anesthesia. Additionally, Dr. Norkin completed a 1-year fellowship in anesthesia while at Jackson Memorial Hospital and is well qualified to provide anesthesia and sedation to adults, children, and patients with special needs.
Dr. Norkin is on staff at several local hospitals — Delray Medical Center, Boca Raton Regional Hospital, West Boca Medical Center and Broward Health North. Dr. Norkin participates in the facial trauma programs at Delray Medical Center and Broward Health North. Dr. Norkin has extensive experience and passion for treating oral and facial trauma patients.
Dr. Norkin is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. This process of “Board Certification” is a rigorous process of testing that exemplifies the highest standard of surgical care provided by Dr. Norkin.
Dr. Norkin is a member of the following professional organizations: American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. William Posner has been practicing dentistry for over twenty years. A native of Englewood, N.J., Dr. Posner attended undergraduate school at Yeshiva University in New York City where he graduated with honors.
Dr. Posner went on to dental school at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, N.J. (now Rutgers Dental School). He furthered his education and expertise as a general dentist by completing a one year Advanced General Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in New Jersey. Dr. Posner practiced as a General Dentist for five years before pursuing his passion in endodontics. He attended the rigorous New York University post-graduate specialty training in surgical and non-surgical root canal therapy, management of dental traumas, regeneration, and retreatments.
Dr. Posner received his advanced training under renowned professors and clinicians, Dr. Paul Rosenberg and Dr. Louis Lin. Dr. Posner is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, and Atlantic Coast District Dental Association. Dr. Posner is highly committed to providing expert, patient-focused care to preserve and protect his patients’ dental health. South Florida has been Dr. Posner's home for the last twenty-two years. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and his dog Sammy.
Dr. Marangely Ruiz Medina was born and raised in Puerto Rico.
She completed her Neuroscience Bachelor's Degree(B.S) at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Consequently, she obtained her Masters in Medical Sciences(M.Sc) at Mississippi College. Afterwards, she completed her doctorate at the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine (D.M.D) where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Her passion to become an endodontist, drove her to complete a year in an Advanced Education in General Dentistry(AEGD) program at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and two years in the endodontic specialty at the NYU Langone program.
She is trilingual but dominates English and Spanish languages. Therefore, she can fully engage with patients who speak both languages. She is highly trained to perform root canal treatment under a microscope, with added guidance of advanced 3D imaging provided by CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography). During her interaction with patients, she believes that aside from delivering excellent quality of care, laughter is truly one of the best medicines. She is currently part of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Volusia County Dental Association, and the American Association of Endodontics. Dr. Ruiz enjoys spending time with her family and four-legged friend, Spottie. She also enjoys going to the beach and salsa dancing in her free time.
Dr. Christian M. Thomas is a graduate of the University of Florida Dental School where he recognized his passion for working with children.
He moved to Chicago and completed the prestigious Pediatric Residency at Northwestern University. He furthered his commitment to his education and completed a Pediatric Residency at Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago as the chief resident.
Dr. Thomas returned to Florida where he has been practicing in South Florida for nearly 30 years. Dr. Thomas prioritizes creating a welcoming, positive, and child friendly environment for his patients. He performs comprehensive dentistry and focuses on preventative care. Dr. Thomas and his wife, Nina, together have seven children and love to spend time with their family doing outdoor activities and BBQ.
